With over 25 years of experience in engineering consultancies, Simon specializes in finite element analysis techniques across automotive, rail, and aerospace industries. Previously, Simon held managerial roles at Tesla Motors and ISimTec, and served as an Associate at Arup, where they also managed Quality Systems to ISO 9001:2000 standards. Simon earned a BEng (Hons) in Engineering from Coventry University, completing their degree in 1991.
