Wolfgang Lay

Wolfgang Lay currently serves as Project Leader for Business Development in Digital Learning at EDAG Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Wolfgang held multiple positions at University4Industry - U4I from October 2017 to November 2023, including Head of Product Innovations in Learning and Head of Business Development & Sales, focusing on co-creation of qualification programs, stakeholder workshops, and customer acquisition. Earlier experience includes serving as Geschäftsführer at Christiani Produktionsgesellschaft and Dr.-Ing. Paul Christiani GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities encompassed production management, development of digital learning software, and educational consulting across several regions. Wolfgang Lay holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the University of Applied Science Ravensburg-Weingarten.
