Ryan Barrett

Ryan Barrett has a diverse background in service management, starting from their role as a Field Service Engineer at Capstone Turbine to their current position as Service Director at Edale Ltd. Their experience includes managing customer/distributor relationships, developing aftermarket programs, and overseeing service capabilities. Before entering the private sector, Ryan served in the Royal Navy as a Weapon Engineering Artificer, where Ryan managed maintenance, supervised junior personnel, and acted as a senior department representative. Additionally, Ryan participated in the IBM Futures Programme before attending the University of Portsmouth.
