Brook Bayuh has extensive experience in technical support and customer success roles. Currently serving as a Customer Success Engineer at EdApp since June 2022, Brook previously worked at Zoom Video Communications for five years as a Technical Support Engineer, assisting Fortune 500 clients with product deployment and resolving technical issues. Prior to that, Brook held the position of Operations Specialist at Verizon, focusing on technical support and customer training, and started a career as a Specialist at Apple, where knowledge of Apple products was developed through sales and training. Brook holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Marketing from Johnson County Community College.
