Nathan also served as the Director of Digital Services at Nova Creative, where they managed a team and expanded the company's digital services offerings. Nathan has also held positions such as Senior Software Engineer at Integral Analytics, Vice President of Technology at TELLUS Web, and Technology Director at Strata-G Communications. Nathan started their career as a Freelance Developer and worked on a variety of technical projects. Nathan has a strong background in web development, app development, digital media strategy, and IT architecture. Nathan has experience in a range of industries and has demonstrated leadership and strategic skills throughout their career.

Nathan Pond earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Business from Bowling Green State University, attending from 1998 to 2002.
