Eugene Lim

Eugene Lim has demonstrated a strong legal background with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at EDBI Pte Ltd since October 2023, Eugene previously worked as an Associate specializing in M&A at WongPartnership LLP from September 2021 to October 2023, and at Shook Lin & Bok Singapore from January 2020 to September 2021. Eugene holds a First Class Honours degree in Law from the National University of Singapore, obtained from 2015 to 2019, and participated in an exchange program focused on International and Comparative Business Law at Bucerius Law School in 2018.
