Jolene Ooi

Jolene Ooi's work experience includes roles at EDBI Pte Ltd, where they progressed from Deputy Manager to Senior Principal in Healthcare and Emerging Technology Investments. Prior to that, they were a Research Fellow at the Translational Laboratory in Genetic Medicine, focusing on Huntington Disease modeling using stem cells. Earlier in their career, they were a Research Officer at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, with published work in Molecular and Cellular Biology.

Jolene Ooi completed their Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences at the National University of Singapore in 2006. Jolene later obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge in 2012.
