Anton Fredriksson

Anton Fredriksson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation and transportation infrastructure. Currently serving as the Director of Aviation and Vice President of Transportation at the New York City Economic Development Corporation since June 2023, Anton has previously held significant roles including Business Development & Infrastructure Partnerships at Lilium from 2021 to 2023, and Director of Strategic Initiatives at The New Terminal One at JFK from 2019 to 2021, overseeing a $9.5 billion development project. Anton co-founded and managed Carlyle Airport Group, a platform for airport infrastructure investment, and worked as a Senior Analyst at CCR USA, focusing on public-private partnerships in transportation. Earlier experience includes a role as Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company and internships in research and media. Anton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Political Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Asian Studies from Sciences Po.
