Eric Katz

Eric Katz, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Audit at the New York City Economic Development Corporation since February 2024. Previously, Eric Katz held various leadership roles at Equitable, where responsibilities included directing finance and accounting modernization initiatives and leading audit practices, including risk assessment and annual audit plan development. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Manager of Internal Audit at AXA US, where Eric coordinated risk-based audits, and as Audit Manager at Deloitte, overseeing audits for a diverse client base. Eric Katz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University School of Management.
