Becky Repko

Becky Repko has a varied and extensive work experience history. Becky is currently working at EdCast as a Sales Director, where they are responsible for helping organizations transform their talent experience using EdCast's AI-powered knowledge cloud. Prior to this, they worked at Lunova Group as a Business Development Manager. Becky also served as a Strategic Sales Manager at HireVue and as a Regional Sales Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Paycor, where they worked as both a Major Market Sales Executive and a Mid Market Sales Executive. Becky also worked at Paycor Payroll Services as an Account Manager. Before joining Paycor, they were employed at First National Bank of Pennsylvania as a Treasury Management Representative, where they managed the company-wide merchant referral program and tracked sales goals for Sales Representatives. Becky started their career at Corry Publishing as an Account Manager, where they managed accounts, achieved sales quotas, and upsold advertising to current customers.

Becky Repko attended North East High School from 1996 to 2000. Becky then went on to the University of Pittsburgh from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree majoring in Marketing. Becky also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, during their time at the University of Pittsburgh.
