Manuj Arora

Manuj Arora has a strong background in analytics and strategy, with experience in various leadership roles. Manuj joined EdCast in 2019 as the Associate Vice President of Analytics and Platform, where they lead the advanced analytics team and the platform team responsible for analyzing content and consumer behavior across platforms. Their responsibilities include using statistical modeling for A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization initiatives, as well as designing and building dashboards for reporting to the Government of India. Manuj also supports executive reviews by sharing insights on customer experience and learning outcomes.

Prior to EdCast, Manuj worked at Keka HR from 2017 to 2018 as the Manager of Analytics Customer Experience. There, they successfully implemented projects to reduce churn rate and customer onboarding time by delivering prescriptive insights and using lean practices. Manuj also worked on an HR analytics project to build interactive dashboards for executive leaders and HR for manpower planning.

From 2008 to 2017, Manuj served as the Director of Analytics and Strategy at EduMENTOR Educational Services Pvt Ltd. During their tenure, they played a pivotal role in achieving significant revenue growth and successfully retaining B2B partner schools through the implementation of data-driven insights. In 2015, EduMENTOR was awarded the Best Brand in UG Test Preparation in Delhi/NCR.

Manuj started their career as a Data Analyst in Strategy at ICICI Bank in 2007.

Manuj Arora completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Manuj pursued this degree from 2005 to 2007.

Prior to their postgraduate studies, Manuj Arora obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies. Manuj completed this degree from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Manuj Arora has also obtained several certifications. These include "Build a Machine Learning Web App with Streamlit and Python" and "Cryptocurrency Forecasting using Machine Learning in PowerBI" from Coursera in November 2021. Manuj also obtained "Google Tag Manager Fundamentals" from Google in December 2020 and "Advanced Google Analytics" in October 2020. Manuj Arora obtained certifications in "Responsive Web Design - HTML 5 and CSS3 for Entrepreneurs" and "Devtools Pro: The Basics of Chrome Developer Tools" from Udemy in September 2020 and June 2020, respectively. Manuj also completed "Automate the Boring Stuff with Python Programming" from Udemy in May 2020 and "SQL - MySQL for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence" from 365 Careers in April 2020. Additionally, Manuj Arora attained the "DOMO Certified Data Specialist" certification from Domo, Inc. in March 2020.
