Sanil Rao

Sanil Rao has extensive experience in technical support roles. Sanil is currently working as an Assistant Manager - L2 Technical Support at EdCast by Cornerstone since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Manager - L1 Technical Support at Gupshup from December 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as a Specialist - L1 Technical Support at LRN from September 2019 to December 2021. Sanil also has experience as a Product Technical Analyst (Technical Support) at Zycus from May 2017 to August 2019 and as a Support Analyst at Directi from January 2015 to February 2016.

Sanil Rao started their education in 2007 at St. John's High School, where they completed their SSC degree. In 2008, they enrolled at Mithibai College and studied General Science, completing their HSC degree in 2010. Following their time at Mithibai College, Sanil attended Don Bosco Institute of Technology (D.B.I.T) from 2010 to 2014, majoring in Telecommunications Engineering and earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.
