Snigdha Garg

Snigdha Garg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Snigdha is currently working at EdCast as the AVP - Content Strategy and Solutions. Prior to this, they were the Chief Manager - B2C Content at Max Skill First Limited from December 2019 to April 2021. From August 2017 to December 2019, Snigdha worked at the School of Inspired Leadership as a Project Leader in Consulting & Executive Education. Snigdha also has experience in independent HR consulting from January 2016 to July 2017. Snigdha worked as an HR Generalist at Deloitte Consulting from April 2011 to September 2013. Before that, they were a Consultant at KPMG Advisory from January 2010 to March 2011, where they provided HR advisory solutions to clients in various industries. Snigdha also worked as an Assistant Manager - Corporate HR at Manipal Education & Medical Group for a brief period in 2009, where they conducted leadership development exercises and manpower rationalization studies. Snigdha started their career as a Management Intern at Aditya Birla Group in 2008 and worked as an Engineer - Network Consulting at Bharti Airtel Limited from September 2004 to September 2006.

Snigdha Garg pursued their education in a chronological order, starting from Sacred Heart Sr Sec School in Chandigarh from 1985 until 2000. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during their time in this school. Snigdha then attended M M Engineering College, Mullana, where they completed their B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communications from 2000 to 2004. After that, they joined XLRI Jamshedpur from 2007 to 2009 to earn their MBA degree in PM&IR.

In addition to their formal education, Snigdha Garg also obtained several certifications in various fields. Snigdha acquired the Kirkpatrick Certified Professional - Bronze Level from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC in July 2021. Prior to that, they obtained multiple certifications related to Instructional Design from LinkedIn, including "Working with SMEs" in August 2020, "Adult Learners" in May 2020, "Creating Video Training" in May 2020, "Needs Analysis" in April 2020, and "Storyboarding" in April 2020. Snigdha also received certifications in "Business-to-Business Sales" in March 2020, "Models of ID" in March 2020, "Sales Foundations" in February 2020, and "Sales Management Foundations" in February 2020. Furthermore, they completed certifications in "Youtube Marketing" from HubSpot in July 2019 and "Hogan Assessment" from Hogan Assessment Systems in November 2017.
