Julia Sweeney

Julia Sweeney has had a diverse career, beginning with an internship with Senator Barbara Boxer's Washington, D.C. Office in 2010 and Democrats Abroad in 2009. In 2010, they also worked as a Students with Disabilities Support Provider and English Second Language Support Provider at the University of the Pacific. From 2011-2014, Sweeney worked at the Teach For America Delta Institute, first as a School Manager and then as a School Manager Data Liaison. From 2013-2014, they were also Director of Sales and Global Teacher Outreach, Product Strategist, and Sales at Edcite. Finally, in 2011, they worked as a Middle School Teacher at KIPP Delta Public Schools.

Julia Sweeney attended the University of the Pacific from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science. In 2009, they also studied at the Universitat d'Alacant, although no degree was earned. No additional certifications were obtained.
