Jaime Fall

Jaime Fall is a nationally recognized leader in workforce development currently serving as the Workforce and Economic Strategy Director at the Economic Development Collaborative in Ventura County. Over the years, Jaime has held various significant positions, including Vice President at the HR Policy Foundation and Director of UpSkill America at The Aspen Institute, where they expanded economic opportunities for frontline workers. With experience spanning from the U.S. Department of Labor to the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, Jaime has been instrumental in shaping policies and initiatives that enhance workforce skills and accessibility. Jaime is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas and holds a certificate in Introduction to Economic Development from California State University, Fresno.
