Yash Evalekar

Yash Evalekar's work experience includes a role as a Robotics Engineer at EDDA Technology, Inc. where they were responsible for designing and implementing robotics control algorithms and safety systems for surgical robots. Yash also helped integrate these algorithms into company products and contributed to product development. Prior to this, Yash was a Radar Integration Intern at Seafloor Systems, Inc. where they successfully integrated a MMWAVE Radar onto an Autonomous Surface Vehicle and visualized and processed the collected data using ROS Melodic. Yash also participated in the Graduate Student Internship Program at Seafloor Systems, Inc., where they enabled the Echoboat platform to run the latest version of Project11 and achieved autonomous operation using QgroundControl. Yash's work experience also includes a summer internship at Forbes & Company Limited, where they worked on the design and development of industrial robots and electronic automation.

Yash Evalekar completed their education history as follows:

Yash obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Robotics from the University of Delaware, studying from 2020 to 2021.

Prior to that, Yash pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil Pratishthan's College of Engineering and the University of Mumbai. Yash studied at both institutions from 2014 to 2018.

Additionally, Yash has obtained two additional certifications. In October 2017, they presented a paper in the 4th International Conference (ICIRTE). Yash also obtained a certification in Software Development Fundamentals from Microsoft in August 2017.
