Stig Morten Helland

Stig Morten Helland is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the maritime and offshore sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Edda Wind since September 2025, Stig leads the provision of specialized Service Operation Vessels for offshore wind farms. Prior to this role, Stig held senior leadership positions at OSM Thome, responsible for strategic partnerships and integration management during a significant merger, as well as managing diversified client portfolios at OSM Maritime Group. Stig's previous experience includes Vice President roles at Altera Infrastructure and Teekay, focusing on business development and operational management. Stig's foundational career began at DNV, where Stig worked as a project manager and senior surveyor. Stig Morten Helland holds a Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD.
