Fraser Dawe

Fraser Dawe is currently the Associate Director at Eddisons, a position held since 2025. They previously worked as a Senior Surveyor focusing on Student Living Capital Markets and Student Accommodation Valuation Advisory at JLL from 2022 to 2025. Fraser’s earlier experience includes roles as a Chartered Surveyor at Andrew Forbes Ltd and a Graduate Surveyor at both Andrew Forbes Ltd and Savills. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment, both from the University of the West of England.
