John Tyas

John Tyas is a Director and Chartered Surveyor with RICS Registered Valuer status, currently providing valuation advice across diverse property types in the South West. They graduated from the University of Plymouth and have amassed experience in both private and public sectors, including roles as Estate Surveyor at Teignbridge District Council and Valuer at Torbay Development Agency. Previously, John worked with Vickery Holman as an Associate and General Practice Surveyor, contributing to the firm’s reputation as a leading commercial property consultant in the region. In addition to valuation expertise, they have handled landlord and tenant issues and support the Exeter Chiefs in their spare time while balancing a busy family life.
