Michael Goodare MRICS is a skilled commercial valuer and currently serves as a Director at Eddisons, having joined the firm in October 2023 to enhance valuation services from the Sheffield office. With prior experience as a Senior Surveyor at Knight Frank and a Surveyor at GVA UK, Michael has expertise in appraising both commercial and residential properties, as well as advising landlords and tenants on lease matters. Michael's commitment to developing the next generation in the industry is evident through mentoring graduates and serving as an active RICS APC assessor. They completed their Bachelor of Science in Estate Management with First Class Honours from Northumbria University.
