Phil Deakin has over 18 years of experience in the commercial property sector, currently serving as Director at Eddisons since July 2016 and as a Chartered Surveyor - Senior Associate at Jones Lang LaSalle since September 2005. Specializing in the valuation and appraisal of large commercial assets across Industrial, Office, Retail, and Leisure sectors, Phil Deakin also works with mixed portfolios and development sites, catering to a diverse clientele that includes UK and Foreign Banks, National Property Companies, and Funds. Phil Deakin previously held an Associate position at JLL from 2005 to 2011 and is an alumnus of the University of Reading.
