The Project Management Team at EDECS is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of large-scale engineering and construction projects. This includes managing project timelines, resources, and risks while maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The team's key roles involve strategic planning, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and managing the technical aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
