Raquel Alesanco has extensive experience in research and resource management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Resourcing Lead at Edelman DXI since March 2011, where previous roles included Vice President & Resource Director, Account Director, and Senior Research Manager. Prior to this, Raquel worked as a Research Executive at INSTITUTO OPINOMETRE from September 2008 to May 2010, and as a Recruitment Consultant at IDEAS Y NOVEDADES EMPRESARIALES, ETT. in 2007-2008. Early career experience includes a role as a Sociologist at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in early 2007. Raquel holds a Masters in Sex and Couple Therapy from Fundación Sexpol (2007-2010) and a degree in Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2002-2007).
