Alison Dwiggins

Alison Dwiggins is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Edelman since January 2015, Alison previously held various positions including Vice President within the same company. Prior to joining Edelman, Alison worked at WE Communications from December 2005 to December 2014, advancing through roles from Account Coordinator to Account Director. Alison earned a B.A. in Business/Marketing with a Minor in Communication from the University of Washington, where additional studies culminated in a Certificate in Public Relations.
