Ericka Maier

Ericka Maier, CSM, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in integrated marketing campaigns and retail management. Currently serving as Vice President and Program Director at Edelman since February 2021, Ericka has previously held roles at DDB and Leo Burnett, where responsibilities included managing complex projects and ensuring profitability. With a strong background in buying and product development from tenures at Sears Holdings Corporation and JCPenney, Ericka has developed skills in vendor management, strategic planning, and financial analysis. Ericka holds a degree in Merchandising and Business Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
