Fletcher Smalzel is a seasoned professional in performance marketing with extensive experience in social media strategy and advertising. As Vice President of Performance Marketing at Edelman since May 2021, Fletcher leverages a diverse background that includes managerial roles at WarnerMedia, where a Launchpad team was established in Chicago to enhance social strategy for Midwest clients. Prior to that, at Brand Networks, Fletcher served as Associate Media Director, leading a team of analysts and managing substantial social ad campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Fletcher’s career began at The Hive, promoting various brands, and culminated in a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder.
