Jen Pash is a seasoned human resources professional with significant experience in global talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Management at Edelman since December 2021, Pash has held various senior roles within the company, including Senior Manager of Global Talent Management and Senior Manager of HR Business Partner for the East Brand in New York and Washington D.C. Prior to Edelman, Pash worked at KPMG US from June 2016 to November 2021 as a Senior Associate and HR Business Partner supporting the Tax practice, as well as in an Associate role focusing on HR Communications & Culture. Earlier experience includes an HR Program Management internship at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a merchandise internship at the United States Golf Association during the U.S. Open. Pash earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus in Human Resources from Elon University’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
