Joseph Semel is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in sports and brand communications. Currently serving as an Account Executive in Brand Communications at Edelman since October 2023, Joseph previously interned in Corporate Communications with the Washington Nationals, where responsibilities included compiling daily clips and writing press releases. Additional experience includes roles as a Play-by-Play Board Operator at SiriusXM, a Video Coordinator at Wild Bill Sports, and a Communications and Content Intern with Rochester New York FC. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism with a Sports Concentration from the S.I.
