Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as Head of HR for Africa at Edelman since January 2023, Kelly previously held the position of Regional People Director for South Africa and Dubai at Jellyfish. Prior to that, Kelly was Head of HR for South Africa at Hogarth Worldwide, and HR Manager at Røering Creative Kin. Early career experiences include HR Consultant at Netcare, HR Generalist at Builders Warehouse, HR Assistant at Omnipless Manufacturing, and PA to the MD at First Impression Promotions. Education includes studies at the College of Cape Town and Unisa, and earlier attendance at Immaculata Girls High.
