Melissa James is a seasoned professional in brand reputation and marketing communications, with experience spanning over a decade in various roles across multiple organizations. At Edelman, from September 2019 to October 2021, Melissa served as a Brand Reputation Analyst, focusing on data-driven advisory and formulating strategies in digital, social, content, and engagement. Previously, Melissa held a Senior Manager position, where significant increases in employee participation in wellness initiatives were achieved.
