Richard Bloom is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA at Edelman since April 2024. With a rich background in recruitment, Richard co-founded and directed Hidden Talent Solutions, a tech-enabled startup focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent acquisition from May 2018 to March 2023. Prior to that, Richard co-founded and directed Gemini People, a recruitment agency specializing in the creative industries, from June 2011 to November 2017. Richard's earlier roles include Associate Director and Manager at Purple Consultancy Ltd, where responsibilities involved leading a Digital and Tech team and strategic decision-making. Richard's career began as an intern and production assistant at MTV UK in 2000. Richard holds a BA HONS in Drama and Theatre Arts from the University of Birmingham.
