Tamara Lewis has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Effectiveness Lead for the EMEA region at Edelman since December 2014. Prior to this role, Tamara was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Edelman, contributing to the agency’s reputation as a leading global PR firm. Tamara also held positions as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, where the focus was on EMEA and India, and as an Internal Recruiter at Medicus International, specializing in healthcare communications. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Recruitment Consultant at Xchangeteam and as Recruitment Consultant and Team Leader at Goddard Gadd. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Economics from the University of the West of England.
