Thomas Bickes

Thomas Bickes is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and organizational psychology. Currently serving as an HRBP a.i. at Edelman since September 2024, Thomas has held various roles such as People & Culture Project Manager at Team5pm, Interim People and Culture Lead at TinQwise, and Team Lead People Operations a.i. at ACT Commodities Group. A former HR Manager at PwC Nederland, both in a full-time and interim capacity, Thomas also contributed to Creative Clicks and PwC Nederland in HR management roles. Earlier career experiences include corporate HR coordination and assistant roles at Geodis Wilson, as well as a client management position at Spotzer Media Group. Academically, Thomas holds a Master of Science in Work & Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
