Tien Pham currently serves as the Executive Knowledge Manager for Climate & Sustainability at Edelman, beginning in May 2024, and is a co-founder of the On The Boil Climate Initiative since December 2020, where achievements include publishing a monthly climate newsletter with over 2,000 subscribers and facilitating educational seminars that reached more than 1,000 attendees. Tien has previously held various roles at Boston Consulting Group and STR, where significant contributions included founding CoStar's net-zero advocacy group and collaborating on a Destination Water Risk Index report. Experience also includes a fellowship at Youth Empowerment in Climate Action Platform, where moderation of global consultations on green energy occurred.
