Urvisha Patel

Urvisha Patel is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Head of HR for the UK at Edelman since January 2023. Prior to this role, Urvisha held various senior HR positions at Sky from April 2016 to April 2023, including Head of Talent, Development, and D&I, where responsibilities included co-designing talent practices for over 100 leaders and serving as a trusted advisor to executive teams across multiple divisions, influencing the people agenda for approximately 2,100 employees. Urvisha's earlier experience at HSBC spanned from December 2007 to May 2015, where roles included Global & UK HR Manager, managing HR operations across key international locations and serving as the HR lead for significant organizational transformations. Education background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from UCL, a Certificate of Education in Counselling from Birkbeck, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
