Rainer Veith

Rainer Veith is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the CFO of Edelmann Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Rainer held various positions including Kfm. Projektleiter Erneuerbare Energien und Moderne Kraftwerke at LEAG, CFO and Member of the Executive Board at SALZGITTER MASCHINENBAU AG, and Directeur Général/CFO at Bilfinger LTM Industrie SAS, focusing on restructuring and turnaround management. Rainer's expertise also includes corporate procurement, having led significant spend initiatives at Uniper and E.ON, alongside a solid foundation in finance and accounting roles across multiple industries, including Boge Elastmetall and E.ON Kernkraft GmbH. An accomplished author, Rainer published the book "Demystifying the art of negotiating and deal-making" in 2017. Rainer holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-WHU and a Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Paderborn.
