David Mindell

David Mindell is a legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Edelson PC since May 2011, where David previously held the title of Associate. Mindell also contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2017, teaching a course on Cyber Fraud and Privacy Class Actions. As one of the founding partners and Executive Officer of GrubCanada.com from 2008 until its acquisition by Just-Eat Ltd in 2011, Mindell played a significant role in the online food delivery sector. Additional experience includes a Research Assistant position at the University of Chicago Law School and various internships in legal affairs and governance during law school.
