Experts in building and delivering alternative and experiential lodging.

We design and deliver unique, eye-catching structures in collaboration with hotel and resort owners and operators to create alternative experiential lodging solutions.

Combining luxury, eye-catching architecture with practical and sustainable construction, our Arcs redefine what can be achieved by optimising land to further enhance the guest experience.

We work with developers, hotel and resort owners and operators, to build and expand their experiential offering in a fast-growing domestic and global luxury travel market.

Based on our highly engineered monocoque chassis, our Arcs are tailor-made to provide a rich mix of room types, with each finished to your choice of cladding, interior configuration and detailed specifications.

We use environmentally kind materials, construction and assembly methods throughout our entire product range.

Our Arcs are designed with low impact foundations (narrow profile footings), sedum grass roofs and sustainably sourced structural ply elements, flooring and cladding.

We also offer optional living walls and bespoke free-drainage systems to trap water for irrigation purposes.

Drawing from our broad expertise and years of experience, Eden Arc offer two routes to delivering the perfect experiential solution for your development project and business.

From just simply designing, delivering and installing our beautiful Arcs, to a fully tailored end-to-end, ground-to-key, project management service to suit your requirements.
