Does your firm hover at 10-12% or less profit margins?

Do you feel you never have a solid handle on the actual numbers to help you make solid decisions?

Wish you knew for sure where your revenue and profitability would be in 12 months time?

I've been in this position myself a couple of times...

First, when I owned my own company after leaving a role at a law firm and worked round the clock only to discover that after all the overhead, I wasn't making any money.

Second, when I started working with firms that knew how to bring in leads, but always wound up somewhere between 0% and 10% profitability at the end of the day.

Good news is, I have successfully brought multiple companies from that 0%-10% profitability ceiling to 25%+ margins.

Trust me when I tell you there is a better way.

If you own a PI Firm that does 5M-30M in revenue a year and you are...

❌ Tired of feeling like you've put in so much work only to be rewarded with stress and low profit margins?

❌ Sick of always relying on your expensive line of credit to make payroll or meet overhead costs?

❌ Not really clear on exactly where you are bleeding $ and why?

I've got something that will put an end to your misery once and for all.

It's called: "The PI Profit Model"

When you harness the power of "The PI Profit Model" for your firm, you will...

✅ Never worry about the ebbs and flows of disbursements that come naturally within a firm.

✅ Know exactly where to spend your marketing dollars in real time to get the most bang for your buck.

✅ Get the kind of profit margins ($25%+) you've only dreamed of.

In case you think I'm full of it...here's what a few of my clients have to say.

"We were at 0% profitability and a whole lot of drama when Liz stepped in the door. Now we are at 23% profitability and a lot less stress."

"We were doing "ok" on profitability when we hired Liz...but we wanted to grow and maintain profitability but needed a fair bit of operational enhancements
