My Name is Cressida, "The Inclusive Recruiter".
I am a tech headhunter with unparalleled DE&I search experience.

I supply diverse candidate shortlists for employers who really are committed to improving DE&I within their organisations, by dismantling outdated tech recruitment practices to discover diverse untapped talent pools through innovative and non-traditional methods.

Education is at the heart of what I do. Through the #Recruit4Good Framework and Workshops, I share with clients how to be more inclusive and how to offer greater accessibility for candidates in their processes, and open up the pathway to diverse talent pools.

I change the world by sharing with employers how to unlock inclusive hiring and move away from traditional recruitment practices.

Living with an invisible disability and with 27 years in tech search, I am in a unique position to be able to look at accessible and inclusive recruitment from every perspective.

I am expertly reliable. I have developed my craft over the past 27 years, with dedication, pride and love. Doing what I do over and over again with consistency, intention, compassion and enthusiasm.

If you want to become a market leading, innovative and disruptive employer of choice in the UK Tech market place, then get in touch.
