Hugo Diradourian

Hugo Diradourian is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in engagement, employer branding, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Group HR Project Manager for Engagement & Employer Branding at Edenred since February 2025, Hugo has previously held significant roles including Human Resources Development Officer at emeis Ibérica, where responsibilities included orchestrating a comprehensive training plan for approximately 5000 employees, and Talent Acquisition Strategy Officer at ENGIE, focusing on selection strategy implementation. Additional contributions have been made in roles at GreenFlex, ProvideUP, and emeis, where projects involved employee surveys, academic relations, and recruitment strategies.
