Manuel Moro

Manuel Moro is an experienced professional in experience design and digital transformation, currently holding the position of Experience Design at Costa Crociere S.p.A. since August 2021, where responsibilities include designing the digital customer journey and overseeing design processes for multiple touchpoints. Prior to this role, Manuel served as Digital Experience Design Lead at Snam, promoting user-centric approaches across the organization, and held various positions at Vodafone, including Service Design Lead and Digital Project Manager, within the Center of Excellence for design thinking. Manuel's early career featured roles in service design and customer experience research at Kilometro Rosso, Webank, and CX Centax. Academically, Manuel holds a Master of Science in Product Service System Design and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano.
