Umar Ali

Umar Ali has a diverse work experience in various industries. Umar began their career as a Marketing Intern at Daraz in October 2019, where they worked until December 2019. In 2020, Umar joined TransformX as a Social Media Marketing Intern for two months. Umar then continued their professional journey at FrieslandCampina as a Project Trainee from January 2021 to June 2021.

Following this, Umar worked at Symmetry Group as a Social Media Executive from April 2021 to August 2021. Umar then transitioned to The Blue Dot, where they served as a Business Development Executive from September 2021 to June 2022.

Most recently, Umar joined edenrobe as a Social Media Specialist in June 2022, where they currently hold this position. Umar's work experience demonstrates their expertise in social media marketing, business development, and project management.

Umar Ali began their education in 2014 at Aga Khan Higher Secondary School in Karachi, where they pursued a field of study in Pre-Engineering until 2016. Following that, from 2017 to 2021, Umar attended the Institute of Business Administration, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In terms of certifications, Umar acquired various additional qualifications. Umar obtained a Graphic Designer certification from Arena Multimedia in February 2017. In March 2020, they earned the Fundamentals of digital marketing certification from Google. Umar acquired multiple certifications in April 2020, including Applied Social Media Marketing from Charles Sturt University, Competitive Strategy from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, and An Introduction to Consumer Neuroscience & Neuromarketing from Copenhagen Business School. In August 2021, Umar obtained the Excel Skills for Business: Essentials certification from Macquarie University and the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy.

Looking ahead, Umar is scheduled to earn the Google Ads Display Certification and the Google Ads Search Certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in July 2023.
