Serena Poon, CN, CHC, CHN, is the owner of SPOON Events, Inc., where they have been leading since 2006. They currently serve as CEO and founder of both Just Add Water and Serena Loves, LLC, and have co-founded Fully Aligned Co, LLC alongside Professor David A. Sinclair. Additionally, they participate as a member of the Scientific Advisory Boards for EdenRoc Sciences, LLC, and Delavie Sciences. Serena is also a member of the Forbes Business Council and The Female Founder Collective, while contributing to Ziva Health as an advisory board member. They are pursuing education at HarvardX and hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an Associate of Arts from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
