David Leroy

David Leroy is an accomplished professional in project management with extensive experience in the nuclear industry. Currently serving as the N3 Area Project Manager for EDF (UK) since November 2020, David is responsible for overseeing a significant portion of the Hinkley Point C Project. Prior to this, David held various key positions at EDF, including Deputy Director for Procurement & Engineering for the EPR Taishan project, where responsibilities included defining project management strategies and updating risk analyses. Additionally, David contributed to the successful start-up of the world's first operational EPR as the Commissioning Manager and managed project offices for EPR Flamanville 3. David's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Project Management from CentraleSupélec, a Master’s in Electrical and Computing Sciences from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a baccalaureate in Science and Technology with a focus on Electronics.
