Michael Sennett

Michael (Max) Sennett is an experienced training and development professional with a strong background in nuclear and defense sectors. Since August 2020, Michael has served as a Senior Training Consultant at EDF (UK), focusing on the SAT development process and managing a project team to address broader business training needs. Prior to this, Michael held various positions at STS Nuclear from November 2013 to August 2020, including Business Development Manager and Senior Instructional Designer, where strategic leadership and the creation of high-quality training programs were emphasized. Michael's earlier career with the Royal Navy from January 2003 to November 2013 involved significant roles in training technologies and project management, ultimately leading initiatives that achieved substantial cost savings and enhanced training efficiencies. Academic credentials include an MBA and multiple post-graduate qualifications in management and education from The Open University and other institutions.
