Sam Catley

Sam Catley has been working at EDF (UK) since September 1999, holding various HR roles within the company. They have experience as a Head of HR for Nuclear & Thermal Operations, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner Consultant, Assistant HR Manager, HR Advisor, and HR Team Member. Sam has played a strategic role in the development and delivery of people plans, medium-term planning, and business strategies. Their responsibilities have included employee relations, compliance, diversity & inclusion, occupational health, and communications. They have also been involved in HR projects and provided guidance to managers on a wide range of HR topics. Prior to EDF, Sam worked as a Commercial Apprentice at Powergen and obtained postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Business & Personnel from Doncaster Business School.
