Stephen Smith has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Technical Programme Lead and previously as Station Architect Engineer at EDF Energy since December 2012. Prior to this, Stephen held various positions at British Energy from November 2004 to December 2012, including Projects Front End Lead and System Health Engineer. Earlier roles include Project Engineer at UKAEA, Dounreay, and Development Engineer at Babcock Engineering Services Ltd. Stephen also worked as a Business Manager at Studsvik Rosyth Nuclear Services Ltd and held positions as Nuclear & Environmental Business Development Engineer and Electrical Systems Coordinator at Babcock Engineering Services Ltd from 1996 to 1999. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Stirling and a Master of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
