Tom Moore

Tom Moore is an experienced leader in major multifunctional infrastructure projects across the UK, currently serving as Civils Programme Director for EDF at Hinkley Point C. In this role, Tom is responsible for the successful delivery of the BYLOR civils contract, valued at over £3 billion. Previously, Tom held various roles, including Project Director and Construction Director, where they demonstrated expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and developing value engineering solutions. Tom’s background includes significant positions with BAM Nuttall Ltd and Fusion JV, where they contributed to major projects such as the Devonport Dockyard Framework and HS2 early works.
