Adrian Osbourn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adrian started their career as a Part-Time Lecturer in Leisure and Tourism Studies at The Isle of Wight College in 1991. Adrian then worked at Thomas Cook as a Branch Manager from 1994 to 1998, and later as a Learning & Development Manager from 1998 to 2002. Adrian then joined Safeway Stores plc. as a Learning & Development Advisor from 2002 to 2005. Following that, Adrian worked at British Sky Broadcasting as an Organisation & Talent Development Consultant from 2005 to 2007. Adrian then moved to Expedia.com as a European Learning & Development Manager from 2007 to 2008. From 2009 to 2010, Adrian held the role of Head of Learning and Development at CCS International. Adrian later worked as a Learning Business Partner at Credit Suisse from 2009 to 2010. Adrian also held various roles at Turner Broadcasting, including Director, Learning & Development - APAC from 2010 to 2013 and Director - Learning & Organisational Development, International from 2013 to 2014. Currently, Adrian is serving as the Head of Learning and Development at ED&F Man, a position they have held since 2015.

Adrian Osbourn completed a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA Honours) in Counseling Psychology at Middlesex University from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1993, they attended The Isle of Wight College where they obtained a degree in Teaching (FAETC). Additionally, Adrian earned a certification as an NLP Practitioner from the International Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Coaching Ltd in December 1999.
